<br /> budget amount presented to Council and IAC it was decided to delete
<br /> the irrigation system which will be installed in the future. Even
<br /> with this deletion,the bid still exceeds the construction budget.
<br /> Therefore,it is recommended that 580,000 from 1984 general funds
<br /> be allocated fox this purpose and that$18:000 be used from Enna 342 in
<br /> the 1983 budget,for contingency funds in the project. He.en
<br />! !!,l' commented.that the improvement of Kasch Park as proposed in this bid
<br /> will substantially fulfill Everett's obligatione to the GSA.
