400 November 9,1983 COUNCIL BILL NO.8311-96 SECOND fi FINAL READING: AN ORDINANCE relating to Local Improvement District , I No.005;fixing the amount,form,date,interest rates,maturities and demoninations of Local improve- 1 ment District No.705 Bonds;providing,or the delivery and sale thereof to Nm.P.Harper Son Company,a Division of Herne-,McLeen&COmPang,in Seattle,Washington;and fixing the interest rate on special assessment installments to be paid in Local improvement District No.705. Bruce Jones,City Attorney,explained the differences on the amended 2 pages of the proposed ordinance. He said page 2 now had the interest rates inserted into that column and page 6 shows the fixed Interest rate to be 10.958 per annum. Moved by Councilman Stephenson,seconded by Councilman Michelson, that the second reading of Council Bill No.8311-96 is hereby declared the third and final reading and the City Clerk is directed to call the roll for the final disposition of the ordinance,as amended. The meeting then recessed and reconvened into 1984 Budget Workshop, Budget Chairman Stephenson presiding and all Councilmen in attendance except Councilmen Langus and Aldcroft,who were excused.
