Our call for cuts ; <br /> partmental expenses was answered without hesitation; everyone <br /> did their part to accommodate ethe ereductions as required. <br /> this teem is an honor.om <br /> BUDGET DEVELOPMENT PROCESS <br /> Although Council is now familiar and comfortable with our budget <br /> development, for those citizens who may not be, 1 would like to <br /> touch on the highlights of.this process to bitter inform then of <br /> the steps in building the budget. <br /> Everett has been a pioneer in expanding Council and citizen <br /> participation in formulating the al budget.
