Motion Carried Councilman Overstreet wished the record to show that the Budget Committee reviewed the inventory tax issue and favored increasing property tax to the maximum allowable to make up the deficit. RESOLUTION RECCESIDERATION Councilman Overstreet said some information has come forth at this point in regards to the architect authorized to provide design services for a permanent swim pool roof,and since the Mayor has not yet entered into an agreement with ORB,he felt this matter should come back to Council for reconsideration to air these concerns. moved by Councilman Overstreet,seconded by Councilman Stephenson,to reconsider the action taken by Council on December 2,1983,regarding a consultant contract with ORB Architects,Inc., Joe Kozlovski,of City Staff,recommended that Council use the list of recommended co.ractors prepared by the consultant selection committee in order to speed up the pzbcess.
