The -ldll applicants'parcel 1.s double frontage on Beverly Blvd.and Broadway,both of which carry high volumes of traffic,which makes the current designatIon of Single Family Residential in- appropriate. The extension of the Business/Light Commercial designation applied to the properties to the east and west is appropriate as long as measures are taken to mitigate any bapacts on the adjacent residential uses to the north and west.
