The current <br /> agreement places the 75th St.corridor west of the 1982 alignment. <br /> Associated Sand 9 Gravel is now p2oposing to amend the agreement <br /> with a 75th St.corridor consistent with the 1982 agreement between <br /> Glenwood,Upper Ridge Road and Hardeson. Bald residents in the <br /> area were notIfied of the change and a meeting held last night. <br /> There was some concern at first but they were satisfied to hear <br /> 0000 0000 road had been relocated approximately 100'from the <br /> property line of Veralene Estates. <br /> Moved by Councllman Pope,seconded by Councilmen Michelson,fw <br /> authorize the Mayor to sign the addendum to the 1982 agreement <br /> with Associaned Sand a Gravel for the 75th St.alignment. <br /> Councilman Overstreet felt this item could have been placed on 01 <br /> next week's agenda rather than an add-on if there was no <br /> Of <br /> particular emergency or urgency to take action today.
