Originally the t,m for gambling <br /> was 3-1/2%prior to the 0001011 reducing it ano he felt it could he <br /> brought back up to the original 3-1/2.again. <br /> Councilman Gipson said he had hoped no decision would be made <br /> today,but that each Councilman could kRal of voice his opinion <br /> on it which would give everyone some thooghts to consider. <br /> President Stephenson said no motion would be made today,but <br /> these two ordinances,utility and gambling taxes,would be discussed <br /> again at the final readings on April llth. He then recessed the <br /> workshop session. <br /> ! The regular meeting reconvened in the Cornell Chambers of the Everett <br /> City Hall at 8:30 a.m.,Presidont Stephanson presiding.
