BnY Party wishing to appeal the determination of the <br /> City Engineer nmst make a written request for an <br /> appeal. The request must specifically set forth the <br /> basis for the appeal and must be filed with the City <br /> Engineer within ten(10)calendar days following the <br /> mailing of the written notice from the City Engineer <br /> notifying them that their deferral application hae <br /> been denied: <br /> 4.
