A RESOLUTION adopting the procedure for the <br /> ' implementation of the deferral provided in <br /> ' Section 8 of Ordinance No.B.-81. <br /> 1 WHEREAS,Ordinance No.SU-S1 created LID 709 and established <br /> deferred payments for economically disadvantaged property owners as • <br /> defined in said ordinance;and <br /> WHEREAS,Section BID)of en±3 ordinance authorised the City <br /> Engineer to develop procedures for the full implementation of the <br /> • deferral provided in said ordinance;and <br />• <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council funds that the City Engineer recommends <br /> that the City Council adopt the following procedures for the imple- <br /> menNtion of the deferral: <br /> 1.
