The complex will also include <br /> food service, beauty/barber shop, exercise facilities, TV lounge, <br /> library and activities room. <br /> He said the Planning Commission held public hearings on Oct. 8 and <br /> November 12, 1985 and had very favorable response from the <br /> neighbors.
