That it should be considered a major part of the mass <br /> transit corridor. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS <br /> 5 Councilman Morrow felt that item 13, to accept Colby Avenue Tile, <br /> water s parking project as complete,should be reviewed more closely <br /> as he had some major concerns on the completion of this pro5act. <br /> Item#3 was removed from today's agenda ea allow time to review the <br /> concerns and inadequacies brought to light by councilman morrow. <br />
