He stated the City Transit department and system conmand a <br /> great deal of respect throUghout the country. She announced the Council for a Greater Everett <br /> was giSing each of the neighborhood organizations$100. She stated <br /> that the Lowell Neighborhood meeting will be held on April 28. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS <br /> STREET CLOSURE <br /> To authorize the closure oE Oakes from Wormanna Lodge 43 to parking <br /> lot across the street from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.,May 17,1506 to <br /> celebrate Norwegian Independence Day. <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> TO authorise the Mayor to MASONS agreement for the use of FANS <br /> funds on the Riverside Signal System. The project will install new <br /> signal controllers and signal interconnect at Pacific/Cedar, <br /> Cedar/Hewitt, Cedar/EVerett, <br /> and Hewitt/Maple Everett/Maple, <br /> Paeific/Maple California/Walnut.
