Upon roll call it was found that <br /> all councilmen were in attendance. Mayor Moore was excused. <br /> minutes of the meeting held May 21,1986 were approved as printed. <br /> President Gipson said, with the consent of the council, he was <br /> moving Item 9, the Laurel Drive slide problem, ta council comments <br /> as Councilman Stephenson had to leave the meeting early. <br /> . To develop a plan of action that would include a format <br /> for inviting public input on the identified capital <br /> improvement projects. (111. <br /> Councilman Overstreet commented on the "Hands Around Snohomish <br /> County"event he had attended on Sunday and also, In the absence of <br /> the Mayor,he had attended the Walsh Platt Awards Banquet. tliff <br /> He said he was concerned about the many skateboards being used on <br /> the downtown sidewalks causing problems to the citizens. He also <br /> observed on Broadway,a bicycle going south in the northbound lanes, ! <br /> with a youngster on a skateboard on each side of the bicycle .
