He said the licensing ordinance <br /> regulates what goes on inside the business and this ordinance only <br /> regulates the location o£the business. The adult use ittee was <br /> re-activated and after several months of workresented their <br /> solution and proposed ordinance tothePlanning C mmiesion and two <br /> public hearings were held on Sept. 9 and 23, 1986.
