<br /> the legal description on Ordinance No. 1277-86 which rezoned Parcel
<br /> 404, 2-014 of the Eastmont Shopping Center. It was brought to the City's
<br /> , ' attention that the legal description for EaStMOnt Auto Rebuild
<br /> (Parcel 2-014)did not adequately describe the parcel in question.
