83 1 IJJ I February 25,1987 P1 The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to at 8:30 a.m. February 25, 1987 in the Council Chambers of the Everett City Hall, President Gipson presiding. Mark Walken of the Administration Department reviewed the possible ReSOUrCe Recovery Facility sites. He pointed out that all the sites outside the city limits of Everett had been deleted with the exception of the site on the Tulalip Indian Reservation. The reason these sites were not suitable were because of problems with topography or geology with many of them having steep 61.85. The 1',1 1 balance of the possible sites are in the city limits and three of these will be chosen fore final selection site. The majority of these ere on Smith end Spencer Islands with three in the Lowell area. He said the three sites in the Lowell area might be in the top five selected but he doubted they would be picked for the top three. i1 11 11,1 1 Three proposals were submitted to the county bvendors.
