He pointed out that all the <br /> sites outside the city limits of Everett had been deleted with the <br /> exception of the site on the Tulalip Indian Reservation. The <br /> reason these sites were not suitable were because of problems with <br /> topography or geology with many of them having steep 61.85. The 1',1 1 <br /> balance of the possible sites are in the city limits and three of <br /> these will be chosen fore final selection site. The majority of <br /> these ere on Smith end Spencer Islands with three in the Lowell <br /> area.
