The Planning Commission held public bearings on January <br /> 6 and January 27,1287 to consider the iimPlications. <br /> Staff recommended that only a portion of the property requested for <br /> rezoning be changed and that the remainder of the subject <br /> properties be left designated and zoned as they presently are. The <br /> two smaller pieces to the west of Liebman's larger portion and the <br /> panhandle to the north of the small pieces will remain R-1.
