The apparent low bidder <br /> was J.W. Misich Construction Company of Snohomish with a bid of <br /> $49,205.31. However ,e bid submitted by Misich didn't include bid <br /> item No.9,which wa. added by addendum. All other bidders included <br /> 1' bid item No. 9 as indicated in the addendum to the contract <br /> documents.
