<br /> building. They have received a Boeing Food Neighbor Fund grant for
<br /> partial funding of the building.
<br /> Walt Crosby,Executive for Evergreen Programs,stated the City will
<br /> lave a second mortage on the property for$35,000;the indebtedness
<br /> 11/be forgiven at 10X per year and will be completely satisfied at
<br /> the end of ten years. The mortgage is subject to an agreement
<br /> soecifing the purpose of the facility is to provide rehabilitation
<br /> services to the population of Snohomish County, including persons
<br /> having low income, who have either drug and/or alcohol abuse or ,.-
<br /> dePendency problems.

<br /> 5 to authorize the Mayor to execute an agreement with Evergreen Manor
<br />, Inc. appropriating $35,000 to be used for the construction of an
<br /> adOinistration OffiCe for the drug and alcohol abuse program and to
<br /> accept a mortgage on the property located at 2617 Summit Avenue.
