' 1 AGREEMENT The 21st Street Bridge will be reconstructed as part of the Navy Access corridor Project. As the City does not have a qualified structural engineer to review the structural plans and specifications, staff recommends that an agreement with Tudor Engineers of Seattle be entered into for the structural review of the project. As the cost of services is less that $25,000, advertising and shortlisting for consultants was not necessary. The selection of the consultant has been approved by the Washington State Department of Transportation and all funds are WU reimbursable from the Navy Access Corridor Grant.
