Wetlands: The developer has maintained a 25 foot setback <br /> TM-FUR—TT*wetlands area and has relocated the tot lot from <br /> the wetlands area. Condition No.8 in the ONS will take care <br /> of any wetlands requirements as imposed by the Department of <br /> Ecology. Condition 08 of the DNS states <br /> "A detailed site plan addressing all of the Department <br /> 1 <br /> of Ecology's (DOE) wetland concerns shall be approved <br /> by DOE prior to issuance of any development permits for <br /> this project." <br /> The Department of Ecology's representative will be inspecting <br /> the site tomorrow, September 22, 1988, and their concerns <br /> should be available after that inspection. <br /> 2. Traffic: David Enger, P.E. of Transportation Planning and <br /> Erg-i=leering, lnc.,reviewed'the data Used in determining the <br /> traffic flow patterns and volumes and what constitutes <br /> acceptable trefie volumes. He stated he used the Silver <br /> Lake Traffic Study dated March, 1987 as a base line traffic <br /> report for his analysis. <br /> 3. Evergreen Inventory/Landscaping: an actual tree survey was <br /> presented showing the trees that would be removed and which <br /> ones would remain as a part of the complex. <br /> Councilmember Pope expressed concern regarding how the remaining <br /> VIno:rgm::ecCe'r!cdefscjr4urtteste'::Z!tfIrg:naggl7drerov:rring <br /> 4. Drainage Plan: The preliminary drainage plan has been <br /> delivered to the City and the final review and approval is <br /> expected in the next few days. <br /> 5. Tot Lot: The tot lot has been relocated more in the middle <br /> FC—F—lecamplex and away from the wetlands area. <br /> 6. St. Peters House: The Historical Commission met and <br /> recommend that if at all possible this type of summer cottage <br /> should be preserved. The developer surveyed the existing <br /> structures and estimated that 80% to 90% of the main <br /> structure would have to be rebuilt. They determined it would <br /> not be historically or financially feasible to retain the <br /> structures. They would be willing to place a bronze plaque <br /> on the project slte describing St. Peters' contribution to <br /> the community. <br /> 7. Lake Fill: The requirements for the land fill has been / <br /> between the Park Department and the developer. <br /> 1 8. Attempts to gain access to 23rd <br /> Drive SE have not been successful to date. <br />
