The Krieger L undry located at 2808 Hoyt Avenue <br /> is a two story building with a basement and is mixed <br /> commercial, offices, and residential. This property has recently <br /> been <br /> rehabilitated and the developer made a sincere effort to retain <br /> thehistoric character of the original building. The Commission <br /> recommended this building be placed on the Everett Register. <br /> At the September 21,1988 Council Meeting,this issue was tabled for <br /> two weeks to review information on the impact to development in the <br /> area of placing this property on the Everett Register. <br /> • <br /> SOC Iles, Assistant city Attorney, stated that if the property sac <br /> usetl 4o:tlevelepment there s no tax p salty through the RCXs. • <br /> Moved by.Councilmember Overstreet, seconded by Councilmember Morrow <br /> to approve the Krieger Laundry Building designation for the Everett <br /> Register as tabled on September 21,1988. • <br /> Rall was with all co neilmembers voting yes except Councilmember <br /> Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> Moved by Councilmember Pape,se onded by Councilmember Overstreet t <br /> authorize the Mayor to execute en agreement with Snohomish County <br /> for the rental of 24 secured parking spaces at Everpark Garage. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmembers voting yes except <br /> Councilmember Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br />
