Tonne, 4904 <br /> . , SeaBreeze Way, recommending adoption on Alternative We. 3 for the <br /> Powder Mill Gulch Drainage Basin Plan. <br /> Councilmember Morrow stated Alternative No. 5 did not solve the <br /> dilemma of the drainage and he feels that Alternative No. 3 is the <br /> j:i I, best solution. <br />:,6)(1't <br /> l'I' Moved by Councilmember Langus, seconded by Councilmember Pope to <br /> adopt Resolution No. 3070 concerning a storm water drainage basin <br /> Sj..I plan for Powder Mill Gulch as follows: <br /> WHEREAS,in 1982 the City Council did adopt the South Everett <br /> Drainage Basins Plans including a storm drainage plan for Powder <br /> Mill Gulch in southwest Everett;and <br /> if,': WHEREAS, on July 1, 1987, City Council approved Resolution <br /> "' I I Number 2889 accepting the Commission's recommendation that an update <br /> 1'1 III:, of the Powder Mill Gulch Drainage Basin Plan be prepared;and <br /> WHEREAS, on September 6, 1988, after conducting a public <br /> hearing on five (5) alternative drainage basin plans the Planning <br /> 4 wi <br /> Commtission did recommend that City Council adopt Alternative No. 5 <br /> th hree additional conditions;and <br /> ':i N: WHEREAS, on October 5, 1988, City Council did conduct a <br /> 1 , public hearing on the Alternative Powder Mill Gulch Drainage Basin <br /> Plans and the Planning Commission recommendation;and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the public health, <br /> l'q! 1 ' safety, and welfare will be served by adoption of a new drainage <br /> I((4,1(4 '' basin plan for Powder Mill Gulch; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the Everett City Counci <br /> '1 <br /> ,4 1 adopts Alternative Number 5 as the revised <br /> ge Powder Mill Gulch <br /> DrainaBasin Plan with the following additions: <br /> 1.
