S28 December 28,1988 BID CALL To call Par bids for the Evergreen Branch Library. Bids to be received until 2:00 p.m.January 19,1989. Roll was called with all councilmembers voting yes except President Nova who was excused. Motion carried. PUBLIC HEARING-REFORMATION OF LID 720 Bruce Jones, City Attorney, said this was the public hearing an the formation of LID TRT,w ter,sewer and street improvements to 16th Ave. evidence S.E.E. No formal rules of idence will control these proceedings, but the hearing will be conducted the sameas any of he regular meetings. He said everyone who owns property In the proposed LID or who is authorizedto represent such property ow erwill be given an opportunity to be heard. However, all protests should be In the hands of the City Clerk in writing at this time. He asked if any propertys orepresentative objected to any couneilmember's participationin these proceedings. No one replied. Mr. Jonas stated the primary purpose of this hearing is Par the council to consider whether to form this L As part of that process,individual property o will be g an opportunity to present evidence and information to the City Council explaining the reasons they for or object to the reformation of this LID.
