Dnderstandably those who had signed the contracts Pelt that they too II should be paid for their rights of way. He then reviewed the cost estimates from the 1987.formation ordinance and the present cost estimates. He said et present the protests received ere 39%of the total estimate. Councilmeaber Overstreet asked if these rights of way could be ppurchasede ed ito out charging the LID and Mr. Jones said the money appropriated from the general fund for this purpose.
