PUBLIC HEARING STREET VACATION Craig Fullerton of Public Works said this is the public hearing on the proposed vacation of 13th Street lying west of Grand Ave. The proposed vacation contains an area of approximately 14,000 square Vest and is located within R-2 single rosily high density zone.
