A <br /> public Fearing on the appeal was held by City Council on August 16, <br /> 1989, allowing the public hearing, City Council voted to uphold <br /> the Responsible Official's decision to issue a Mitigated <br /> Determination of Non-Significance for the proposal with the <br /> conditions listed on the MONS 013-89. <br /> Recommendation is to dopt the Findings, Conclusions end Decision <br /> far woodbrcok Apartments SEPA Appeal(SEPA 013-89). <br /> Moved by Councilmember Langus,seconded by Councilnember Diamond to <br /> adapt the Findings, Conclusionsa no Decision for Woodbrook <br /> Apartments SEPA Appeal(SEPA 913-89). <br /> Roll was celled with all councilmembera voting yea. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ou cilmember Overstreet said that at lest week's meeting there was . 1 <br /> e citizen's complaint about some clearing and grading at the Bethany <br /> site end asked if this had been settled. <br /> Pet McClain of Administration said he had talked with Larry Crawford {'M <br /> of Public Works who said he had been out and inspected the site and ) <br /> found there were no violations. <br /> CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING GLENWOOD AVE.APARTMENTS <br /> President Niva reopened the hearing on the application for rezone of <br /> 7.31 gross acres from R-1 to R 3(A)with a concomitant agreement to <br /> allow the construction of a 103-unit apartment complex Called <br /> Glenwood Ave.Apartments. <br /> I, <br /> She said there would be no testimony from citizens tonight, end the <br /> first speaker would be the rebuttal by the applicant, then the <br /> POonent would present comments followed by the applicant again. <br /> Ed Hanson,representing the applicant,said Mr.Allendorfer had said <br /> there was not enough detail presented by the applicant but he felt <br /> thethey had given about five pages of conditions in the MONS <br /> agreement been recommendedby <br /> ytaff end accepted by the applicant. Concommitant <br /> landscaping p <br /> approved end site plans have been prepared end a <br /> p g plan provided. The level f detail providedtothe city <br /> and to the community to bath evaluate the project end that it <br /> complies with city codes,etc. shows clearly that a level of detail <br /> has been Provided. <br />
