A public Fearing on the appeal was held by City Council on August 16, 1989, allowing the public hearing, City Council voted to uphold the Responsible Official's decision to issue a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance for the proposal with the conditions listed on the MONS 013-89. Recommendation is to dopt the Findings, Conclusions end Decision far woodbrcok Apartments SEPA Appeal(SEPA 013-89). Ed Hanson,representing the applicant,said Mr.Allendorfer had said there was not enough detail presented by the applicant but he felt thethey had given about five pages of conditions in the MONS agreement been recommendedby ytaff end accepted by the applicant.
