No change. <br /> Two Planning Commission hearings were held because of an incomplete <br /> notification list provided for the first hearing. The Planning <br /> Commission denied the request for the General Plan Amendment, which <br /> precludes consideration of the rezone request. <br /> Elinor Step, 5610 Fleming, reported on the various business <br /> activities which have infiltrated the neighborhood from the <br /> businesses on Evergreen Way. She presented six photographs as <br /> exhibits showing the traffic impacts. She requested that the <br /> amendment be denied. <br /> Rose Springer,5527 College,also spoke against the amendment. <br /> ' r7neWhT= mLP17, the neighborhood <br /> not he <br /> agediherteEnttn <br /> Dennis Beich, Cascade Surveying, said that the applicants are <br /> willing to mitigate the amendment and rezone and that circumstances <br /> in the area have changed. The <br /> epplicants are willing to agree to no comnereiel traffic On Fleming <br /> Street. <br /> Dave Hudson, 4710 Harbor Lane,owner of one of the properties under <br /> consideration,said he intends to build a real estate Office and to <br /> enhance the neighborhood. He stated he would like to be a good <br /> neighbor and would be willing to accept Alternative No.2. <br /> acid IgsCic,.,2Lmg:::fn,T.ferstreet,seconded by Councilmember Pope to <br /> close <br /> President Niva asked if anyone else wished to speak and no one <br /> replied. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmembers voting yes except <br /> Councilmember Morrow who was excused. <br /> Notion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> Moved by Councilmember Overstreet,seconded by Councilmember Diamond <br /> to adopt Resolution Na.3251 denying the request of Dave Hudson and <br /> Greg Morris to amend the Land Use Map of the City of Everett General <br /> Plan for property located an the northeast corner of Fleming Street <br /> and 57th Street as follows; <br />
