Howevr,ethetive reduction <br /> in density would not result in a significant adverse environmental <br /> o <br /> impact and economic impacts are not a required Consideration in the <br /> Determination of Non-Significance. <br /> Ted Trepanier, of Trepanier Engineering, 1420 Hewitt Avenue, said <br /> that the appeal of the.DNS for the proposed zoning code and map wa <br /> based on the following points: s <br /> 1. The proposzoning a ed newcode contains environmentally <br /> hareas section (Chapter 19.50) which would have <br /> profound effects on the development potential on land <br /> designated in the Comprehensive Plan for development.
