Upon roll call it was <br /> found that all counci/members were present, Mayor Winch was excused. <br /> ADMINISTRATION COWENTS <br /> Jerry Vrooman, Chief Administrative Assistant, reported that the <br /> Mayor is attending the National Conference of Mayors in Washington, <br /> D. He said he felt there could be some duplication <br /> of efforts on the various planning bodies and felt more information <br /> as to purpose was needed. <br /> Councilmember Moser also reported on the Jackson School <br /> Adopt-A-Stream program he attended and meeting with Japanese school <br /> Children and Japanese visitors who were also viewing the Jackson <br /> program. <br /> Councilmember Anderson commented on the "Waste in Wonderland" town <br /> meeting held at the Everett Panific Hotel. He said the program will <br /> be aired on Channel 4 on sunday, JanuarY 2S, .t 6:00 P... <br /> Councilmember Anderson said he was very proud of the Everett PoliCe <br /> D.A.R.E.unit who were there with an informational booth. <br />
