The bridge has since been closed to vehicular traffic and <br /> 20 has served as a pedestrian/bicycle path. <br /> 71 <br /> 87 Marlin Michel,the no thside property owner, has requested that the <br /> 00 City terminate the railroad overpass agreement, thereby permanently <br /> 54 vacating"the Smith Street Bridge at 41st Street. <br /> 24 Mx. Fullerton stated there have beenn objections to the <br /> 39 termination but the Planning Department hasnoted that the <br />,J¢ Pedestrian and Bicycle Access Plan from 09898tt's Snohomish <br /> erfront has identified 41st Street end Smith as e passible fit. <br /> 13 alignment.
