Roll was called with all councilmembers voting yea. Motion carried. 11' RESOLUTION • Moved by Councilmember Gipson' seconded by Councilmember Overstreet to adopt Resolution No. 327, for the installation of No Parking Anytime signs In the 3300 and 3400 blocks of Kromer Avenue, west side as follows: WHEREAS, a request has been received to install No Parking Anytime nd signs in the 3300 ono 3400 blocks of KrOMBV Avenue, west side;a WHEREAS, the Mayor's Transportation Advisory Committee has reviewed the request and recommends installed; that No Parking signs be NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY Oct CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT that the following be installed: to loose too on the west side of 3300 and 3400 blocks of Roll was called with all councilmembess voting yes. Motion carried. AGREEMENT Moved by Councilmember Overstreet, seconded by Councilnember Moser to authorize the Mayor to sign an agreement for participation in the Section 312 Rehabilitation Program with the Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development. Roll was celled with all councilmemners voting yes. Motion carried. • APPEAL-SPECIAL PROPERTY USE PERMIT • Pam Farnsworth, Planning Staff, stated the Hearing Examiner granted approval of the Special Property Use Permit for Mumm's Children.a Corner Day Care Center. Several of the Day Care parents are aggrieved by the Hearing Examiner's condition that street parking be used instead of the driveway to deposit their complained children at the Day Care Center. A neighbor has to enforcement staff that the street parking requirement has not been regularly observed. • i 0 •
