Motion carried. :::' AGREEMENT-PAY TELEPHONE REVENUES On June 25, 1589, Public Technology, Inc., the non-profit research and development arm of the National League of Cities and the International City Management Assoc.,end AT&T signed an agreement 1:,:, to pay commissions which are based on the aggregate of AT&T long distance revenue of those cities and counties that choose AT&T as c., the long distance provider for public phones. The starting commision rate is 14% and could go up to 20% as more cities and counties sign.contracts. Recommendation is to authorize the Mayor to sign the contract. Moved by Councilman Overstreet, seconded by Councilman Diamond to authorize the Mayor to sign the contract with AT&T for a minimum commission rate of 14%. , Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. r.'
