73 February 14,1990 144 1,1!1"1 RESOLUTION-LID SEGREGATION adopt F12Mofaj=1::'3210cns'f:I=Td 'Y C'"'Cilman 'ver'tree't WHEREAS,the City of Everett has been requested by the owners 1.1:111 of property known as Treasurer's Account No. 0028 in LID Roll No. '1 726 to segregate the assessment of said Treasurer,Account No.0028 LH!' into separate assessments:and WHEREAS, the requested segregated properties are of sufficient value to provide adequate security for the payment of the 111 total assessment chargeable against the undivided parcel of property;and WHEREAS,ROW 35.44.410 and Ordinance No.299-74 as amended by 1 Ordinance No. 1072-84, provide a method of segregating a tract of land in an LID into smaller parcels;and WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of said LID and the city of Everett to segregate said Treasurer's Account No. 0028 into the t, separate parcels;and 0.I WHEREAS, the application fee as required by Ordinance No. 299-74, as amended by Ordinance No. 1072-84, has been paid to the City Treasurer as a fee for the segregation ordered herein.
