163 Nay 2,1990 RESOLUTION-PERMIT PARKING Gilman Maser stated the City did not have adequate parking for then City Hall area encouraging and suggested a program a raging employees to use the transit system to help alleviatethe downtown parkin problem. Mayor Nlnch explained that this was already being worked aroma by Councilman Gipson, s onded by Councilman Overstreet t0 adopt Resolution 3317 eCauthorizing the installation of time-limited permit exempt parking On the west side O4 to 3400 block of Wetmore Avenue s follows: WHEREAS, a request has been received to install permit parking in the 3400 block of Wetmore Avenue, est side;and WHEREAS, to Mayor's Transportation test Committee has reviewed the r Guest antl recommends that permit paxking be installed; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE ,�,. CITY OF EVERETT that the following be installed: Permit parking On the west side of the 3400 Block of Wetmore Avenue. Roll was Called with all councilmen voting yes. Motion carried.
