HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT in consideration of Gordon Goggert making the property at 3810 Hoyt available to the Everett Fire Department for the purpose of fO refighter drills and training, the City holds the owner harmless from any and all claims for damage or injury as a result of Fire nepartoent use of the site.
