She cited many benefits to the community. <br /> SENIOR AGAINST CRIME <br /> Robin Burns, Crime Prevention Practitioner, explained the proposed <br /> ordinance for Seniors Against Crime. Tacoma,Washington has already <br /> initiated such a program. She said it was a senior citizen <br /> volunteer program which would benefit our community by encouraging <br /> senior citizens to aid in home security identification, consumer <br /> education, morale support to other seniors, and a vacation watch <br /> program. She introduced several senior citizens who were <br /> volunteering to help with theprogram.
