The following are the <br /> major revisions found in the proposed ordinance; <br /> 1. The applicant For a development proposal would be required to <br /> analyte all intersections that are impacted Sc 10 or more of the <br /> development's peak hour tripe; <br /> 2. The City's Traffic Engineer would have the authority tu require <br /> the applicant Co consider and include trips generated by projects <br /> outside the City limits in traffic studies for development proposals; <br /> 3.
