That S1313,000 be authorized and appropriated as a source of revenue in the 1991 City of Everett budget from the general fund as the local share of the Rotary Park Phase II development. 4. That$150,000 be authorized and appropriated as a source 1 1 of revenue in the 1991 City of Everett budget from IAC matching funds for the Rotary Park Phase II development. 5. That the combined amounts above of S300,000 be authorized and appropriated as a source of revenue to,and as a form of expense with Rotary Park Phase II construction fund of the 1991 City of I 1 Everett budget. 6. That the City of Everett does hereby certify that the City is responsible to support all non-cash commitments to the local share should they not materialize. 7. That any property acquired with financial aid through the Interagency Committee for Outdoor Recreation be placed in use es an outdoor recreation facility and be retained in such use in perpetuity unless as otherwise provided and agreed upon by the City of Everett, the Interagency Committee for Outdoor Recreation and any 1.1'i ' affected federal agencY. 111 1'.1 1 G 8. That this resolution become a part of a formal application to the Interagency Committee for Outdoor Recreation. 9. RESOLUTION '.1 l Bob Cooper, Parks Director, said that Snohomish County had been contacted to participate financially in IAC project at the 10th 1 Street Marine Park and Boat Launch. 11 J 1 Councilman Overstreet asked if the county's participation could be added into the resolution. Bruce Jones City Attorney,said at the end of resolve 93 to add"end that the'City may secure the funding 'ill.[I l* ' from other sources such es the County". Moved by Councilman Overstreet, seconded by CounCilllan Dipeon tO adopt Resolution No. 3368 autherioing the City Grant Share for the '1 '1 ' 1991 IAC Project at 10th Street Marine Park and Boat Launch with the additional language regarding the County's participation as follows: 1111 WHEREAS, the Everett City Council acknowledges that the 10th Street Marine Park and Boat Launch provides a unique resource to the Community;AND 1,,1 ,t 11 .1
