446 November T,1990 DIP AWARD Moved by Councilman Gipson,sec onded by Councilman Marrow to-award the bid for a truck service body to Nelson Truck Equipment of Seattle at $12,886.30 including sales tax as received at the bid opening held 2:00 p.m.,September 25,1990. Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes. Motion carried. SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE Moved by Councilman M seconded by Councilman Overstreet to authorize a sole source purchase of a traffic signal computer from Multisonics. Roll was calledwith all councilmen voting yea. Motion carried. Councilman Morrow had a question regarding the status Of the stop light at 37th and Rucker. Dave Davis, Public Works, responded that it planned project at this time and authorization for advertisement for the design work would be coming to Council soon. HOLD HARMLESS-SEAFIRST The Public Works Department hes received permission from Seafirst 'Bank to display a pair of informational panels illustrating the City's Surface water Management Program. Seafirst requires all parties displaying materials in their facility to complete a hold harmless agreement.
