The General Plan land use designations ci Single-family <br /> ( Detached, 1-5dwellings per gross acre, Single-family <br /> Detached, 5-10 dwellings per gross acre, and Multiple <br /> Family, 10-15 dwellings per gross acre are hereby <br /> adopted for the describe.property. <br /> 2.
