This has <br /> continued the public hearing for this item today,which is only <br /> 6 days before thec urrent interim regulations for <br /> Environmentally Sensitive Areas is scheduled to expire. In <br /> order to prevent a gap during which there are no regulations <br /> x protection of environmentally sensitive areas, it will be <br /> necessary to add a "Section 2"of the draft proposed ordinance <br /> asfellows. /f�� <br /> Section 2: This is a public emergency ordinance 0 <br /> necessary far protectionof the public health, safety <br /> and welfare, and shall be made effective upon becoming <br /> valid. <br /> President Morrow asked if there were any citizen comments.
