The proposed development is <br /> 156 unit condominium apartments with theproperty being zoned <br /> R-4. The revised DNS had other•requirements: the applicant <br /> must obtain an easement from the City "Wutei Department <br /> Property"for a s that property and install a private <br /> vehicular accessaccess <br /> property. <br /> Councilman Gipson had a question regarding the City of Everett <br /> erett <br /> property and block grant m used in the past to plant trees <br /> on it. Mr.Fullerton said that if the property owner uses <br /> any <br /> of this land he will be required to.replant any damagedtrees. <br /> The proponent proposes to lease or by permit or by easement the <br /> City of Everett Water Department property for a majorlandscape <br /> proojeect. This will not conflict.with the City's use of this <br /> pr <br /> Councilman Moser was concerned about the driveway to 3800 High <br /> Street.,Mx. Fullerton indicated that the driveway would be <br /> very hardto-berelocated due to elevation. <br /> On January 10 there vms a public meeting and the neighborhood <br /> had manyregarding the development itself.
