He also indicated <br /> that this project would not house a great number of children. <br /> He assured Councilman Moser there would be public access to <br /> 38th from Grand. <br /> Marshall Dorman, 1011 Edwards, Everett, felt the project would <br /> obstruct his view and his property value would decline. He <br /> felt a full impact statement was needed. He did not feel the <br /> vacation would be more beneficial,with regard to safety. <br /> Ingham Planning Department gave an overview of how <br /> the neighborhood was informed.
