January 23,1,91 <br /> Roll was called with all councilnmn voting yes. 43 <br /> 1 Motion carried. <br /> Moved by Councilman Overstreet, seconded by Councilman Gipson <br /> to direct staff to prepare an ordinance to allow the proposed <br /> vacation of portions of 37th a 38th, easterly of and adjacent <br /> to Grand Avenue, allow for the exchange of right-of-way, and <br /> 0 also for the sale at 30a of the appraised value. <br /> A. Therese Sioherd, 3800 High Street, Everett, had concerns <br /> regarding her driveway. In 1051 the driveway did belong with <br /> her property and the City wanted that to put their waterline <br />,. <br />, <br /> through and that is when the easement was made.
