CT 51 <br /> ju January 30,1991 <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except <br /> Councilman Anderson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> InTERLOCAL AGREEMENT-ANIMAL SMELTER SERVICES <br /> Moved by Councilman Moser, seconded by Councilman Diamond to <br /> authorize the Mayor to sign an interlocal agreement between <br /> Snohomish County and the City of Everett for Animal Shelter <br /> Services end office space. <br /> The interlocal agreement establishes the services provided by <br /> the city to the County for animal control and the compensation <br /> to he received by the City for those services. The contract is <br /> for services from January 1991 through December 1991. <br /> Councilman Diamond had a question about the quarantine of <br /> cats.
