LETTER Mayor Kinch told councilmembers that he had received a letter from Lir McLaughlin, acting Chairman of the Snohomish County Council,requesting an interlocal meeting to dicuss reciprocal mitigations regarding the proposed annexation of Paine Field. Mayor Kinch indicated that staff alit to attending this meeting.
