Native material that could have <br /> been utilized in fairer weather requiretlrval and <br /> replacement with imported materials. The newroadway cuts /'">a <br /> required more e <br /> modifications to driveways and m rockeries t.J <br /> than originally antictpated. <br /> COuncllmembers questioned whether Curbs, gutters and sidewalks <br /> could be added. Clair Olivers responded that it would be very <br /> costly at this point in the project. <br /> Councilman Overstreet requested that Council address the issue <br /> o4 sidewalks versus pedestrian paths by having workshop end <br /> possibly king au policy statement. He also indicated that <br /> perhaps this project(7th Avenue)needed to be revisited. <br /> Jerry Vrooman, Administration, requested that councilmembers <br /> submit a list of questions they might have before the workshop <br /> so that they Could be answered during the workshop. <br /> The workshop was set for February 27,1991. <br /> Nen Housden,Public Works, told cuncilmembexs he was presently <br /> working with Snohomish County to come up with same <br /> means of <br /> standardization for street standards between theCity and <br /> County. <br /> Q <br />
