C, <br /> February 13,1991 Rn <br /> 0 <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except President <br /> Morrow and Councilman Diamond who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> BIDS REJECTED-DEMOLITION 3923 HIGH STREET <br /> Moved by Councilman Gipson, seconded by Councilman Overstreet <br /> to reject all bids for the demolition of a house situated at <br /> 3923 High Street, Everett, due to State regulations and <br /> contract specIfications., <br /> Marian Payne, Planning; told Council that the house contains <br /> asbestos and there ere federal regulations [hat the City needs <br /> to follow. <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes except President <br /> Morrow and.COuncilmen Diamond and Overstreet who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PURCHASE-AMMUNITION <br /> Moved by Councilman Moser, seconded by Councilman Gipson to <br /> validate the order placed January 31, 1991 to purchase <br /> ammunition for the Everett Police Department in the amount of <br /> 01,777.50 from Territorial Supply on Washington State Contract <br /> 187-BET <br /> Roll was called with all councilmen voting yes eXcent President <br /> Morrow and Councilmen Diamond and Overstreet who were excused. <br /> Motion Carried. <br /> C <br /> JOB COMPLETE- TICKET BOOTH <br /> Moved by Councilman Anderson, seconded Co Councilman Moser to <br /> accept the Everpark Ticket Booth, installed by Detroit <br /> Equipment Co. as complete end start the 30-day release of <br /> payment period. <br />- . <br />
