BID AWARD Moved by-Councilman Gipson,seconded by Councilman Anderson to award the bid for the Legion Golf Course Maintenance Building project to Harmon-McCloud Construction Company of Kirkland in the amount of$71,458.52 not including Washington State sales tax recognizing that Council is exercising its discretion by c waiving the irregularity of Harmon-McCloud's failure to provide the Statement of Bidder's Experience and Qualifications form on the basis that the Bidder's Instructions failed to place the bidders on proper notice of this requirement and that Harmon-McCloud timely provided it when so requested. Further, Council finds that this is an irregularity which did not prejudice the other bidders.
